How to improve your life and your team productivity

In the process of personal growth, career development, role orientation, and identification of personality put together enable one in a state of high productivity. High productivity generates sense of fulfilling and happiness. From perspectives of individuals, this sense of happiness brought by doing what we are good at in the way that we like to achieve personal well-being, can never be replaced by any means. This is precisely personal productivity.

Likewise, in the process of organisational growth, the criterion to gauge group productivity is how to effectively define a mechanism which inspires both personal and group potentials in order to create the greatest value for the organisation, based upon those strategic objectives of the organisation.

In the April session of QIBA event, Ms Amanda Shang of Leadership Management International (LMI), took us to the trip of cultivating personality into productivity to achieve both personal and group outperformance.
