Job title: Personal Assistant
(Location: Qingdao)

Job duty:
 
*To support regional manager's daily administrative work;
*Agenda and appointment management for regional manager;
*To coordinating regional management consolidated returns as required by headquarter and other departments;
*To coordinating internal regional level activities and other ad hoc projects;
*To organizing and maintaining regional manager's office documentation and reports;
*To accommodating and arranging logics for regional manager, senior visits etc. from CNQ or HSBC Group offices including appointment arrangements, hotel& air ticket booking, banquet arrangement, etc.
 
Requirement:
 
*Proficiency in English;
*University degree holder;
*Professional experience is preferred;
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
*Detailed oriented and high sense of responsibility;
*Working accuracy and efficiency.
